Garage Construction
Martin built a high specification, large double garage, fully insulated with cavity walls, during January and February 2016.
We were exacting customers and required a very accurate build, enabling us to squeeze the maximum size garage out of the space available. Martin built for us exactly and precisely what we requested and we were delighted with the end product.
Martin is a hard working and very reliable builder. He did exactly what he said he would do and worked through firstly very wet weather, followed by a very cold period with heavy frosts. We would highly recommend him.

Large House Extension
MB Builders carried out an extensive extension on our property back in 2012 consisting of the addition of a large dining room to the front of the property, a very nice shower room and WC on the ground floor, a patio to the rear of the house and fencing to the surrounding area.
The standard of the work undertaken was exceptional as was the finished product. Martin Bye managed the project very well indeed and offered advice on minor changes to the structure which improved the end product.
At the end of each working day he always left the site in a safe and tidy order. I highly recommend MB Builders.
